Mortgage loans as a share of bank loans reached 15,921% in first quarter of 2022 in Belarus, according to the National Central Bank. This is 6.54% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans as a share of bank loans in Belarus reached an all time high of 17,036% in 4Q2021 and an all time low of 12,435% in 1Q2016.
