Mortgage loans as a share of bank loans reached 14.8% in third quarter of 2021 in Armenia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 6.81% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans as a share of bank loans in Armenia reached an all time high of 14.8% in 3Q2021 and an all time low of 7.22% in 1Q2018.
