Mortgage loans as a share of bank loans reached 11.5% in 2020 in Armenia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 17.3% more than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans as a share of bank loans in Armenia reached an all time high of 13.2% in 2008 and an all time low of 5.71% in 2005.
