Average interest rate on new mortgage loans granted reached 7.78% in September 2023 in Poland, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 2.75% less than in the previous month.
Historically, average interest rate on new mortgage loans granted in Poland reached an all time high of 9.32% in November 2022 and an all time low of 2.82% in April 2021.
