Based on a comparison of 23 countries in 2015, Greece ranked the highest in mopeds per 1,000 people with 131 vehicles followed by Ivory Coast and Finland. On the other end of the scale was Romania with 0.327 vehicles, Ireland with 0.431 vehicles and United Kingdom with 1.01 vehicles.
