Based on a comparison of 99 countries in 2013, India ranked the highest in Milk - Excluding Butter - Feed with 22,757,355 tonnes followed by Russia and Uzbekistan. On the other end of the scale was Suriname with 143 tonnes, Bahamas with 722 tonnes and Uganda with 1,649 tonnes.
