Based on a comparison of 152 countries in 2022, Qatar ranked the highest in military expenditure per capita in USD prices with USD 5,172 followed by USA and Israel. On the other end of the scale was Venezuela with USD 0.158 , Haiti with USD 1.07 and Sierra Leone with USD 2.95 .
