Based on a comparison of 23 countries in 2019, China ranked the highest in Metallurgical Coal Production (Btu) with 2.77 Quadrillion Btu followed by Australia and Russia. On the other end of the scale was Zimbabwe with 0.009 Quadrillion Btu, Pakistan with < 0.001 Quadrillion Btu and Turkey with 0.006 Quadrillion Btu.
