Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Luxembourg ranked the highest in Median Equivalised Net Income by Educational Attainment Level (From 18 to 64 years) - Upper secondary and post-secondary non-tertiary education (levels 3 and 4) - Total (Purchasing Power Parity) with EUR 30,248 followed by Norway and Switzerland. On the other end of the scale was Macedonia with EUR 4,886 , Serbia with EUR 4,989 and Romania with EUR 5,104 .
