Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Norway ranked the highest in Median Equivalised Net Income by Educational Attainment Level (From 18 to 64 years) - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Total (EUR) with EUR 35,135 followed by Switzerland and Luxembourg. On the other end of the scale was Macedonia with EUR 1,605 , Serbia with EUR 1,635 and Bulgaria with EUR 1,756 .
