Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Norway ranked the highest in Median Equivalised Net Income by Educational Attainment Level (From 18 to 64 years) - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Males (Purchasing Power Parity) with EUR 26,443 followed by Luxembourg and Switzerland. On the other end of the scale was Serbia with EUR 3,041 , Macedonia with EUR 3,292 and Romania with EUR 3,388 .
