Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Luxembourg ranked the highest in Median Equivalised Net Income by Educational Attainment Level (65 years or over) - Upper secondary and post-secondary non-tertiary education (levels 3 and 4) - Total (Purchasing Power Parity) with EUR 32,182 followed by Norway and Switzerland. On the other end of the scale was Bulgaria with EUR 5,969 , Romania with EUR 6,229 and Latvia with EUR 6,371 .
