Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Luxembourg ranked the highest in Median Equivalised Net Income by Educational Attainment Level (65 years or over) - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Total (Purchasing Power Parity) with EUR 28,604 followed by Norway and Austria. On the other end of the scale was Romania with EUR 3,911 , Serbia with EUR 4,055 and Macedonia with EUR 4,164 .
