Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Norway ranked the highest in Median Equivalised Net Income by Educational Attainment Level (18 years or over) - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Males (Purchasing Power Parity) with EUR 25,356 followed by Luxembourg and Switzerland. On the other end of the scale was Serbia with EUR 3,332 , Macedonia with EUR 3,553 and Romania with EUR 3,721 .
