Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Norway ranked the highest in Mean Equivalised Net Income by Educational Attainment Level (From 18 to 64 years) - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Males (Purchasing Power Parity) with EUR 27,145 followed by Luxembourg and Switzerland. On the other end of the scale was Serbia with EUR 3,632 , Romania with EUR 3,956 and Macedonia with EUR 3,990 .
