Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Norway ranked the highest in Mean Equivalised Net Income by Educational Attainment Level (From 18 to 64 years) - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Males (EUR) with EUR 37,538 followed by Switzerland and Luxembourg. On the other end of the scale was Serbia with EUR 1,832 , Macedonia with EUR 1,856 and Romania with EUR 2,052 .
