Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Norway ranked the highest in Mean Equivalised Net Income by Educational Attainment Level (From 18 to 64 years) - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Females (Purchasing Power Parity) with EUR 26,112 followed by Luxembourg and Switzerland. On the other end of the scale was Romania with EUR 4,052 , Serbia with EUR 4,196 and Macedonia with EUR 4,196 .
