Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Luxembourg ranked the highest in Mean Equivalised Net Income by Educational Attainment Level (65 years or over) - Upper secondary and post-secondary non-tertiary education (levels 3 and 4) - Females (Purchasing Power Parity) with EUR 35,952 followed by Norway and France. On the other end of the scale was Bulgaria with EUR 6,405 , Romania with EUR 6,516 and Macedonia with EUR 6,779 .
