Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Luxembourg ranked the highest in Mean Equivalised Net Income by Educational Attainment Level (65 years or over) - Tertiary education (levels 5-8) - Total (EUR) with EUR 58,302 followed by Norway and Switzerland. On the other end of the scale was Macedonia with EUR 4,111 , Bulgaria with EUR 4,221 and Serbia with EUR 4,783 .
