Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Luxembourg ranked the highest in Mean Equivalised Net Income by Educational Attainment Level (65 years or over) - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Total (EUR) with EUR 36,213 followed by Norway and Switzerland. On the other end of the scale was Macedonia with EUR 2,183 , Romania with EUR 2,252 and Serbia with EUR 2,412 .
