Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Luxembourg ranked the highest in Mean Equivalised Net Income by Educational Attainment Level (65 years or over) - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Males (Purchasing Power Parity) with EUR 30,161 followed by Norway and France. On the other end of the scale was Romania with EUR 4,678 , Macedonia with EUR 4,832 and Serbia with EUR 5,198 .
