Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Luxembourg ranked the highest in Mean Equivalised Net Income by Educational Attainment Level (18 years or over) - Upper secondary and post-secondary non-tertiary education (levels 3 and 4) - Females (Purchasing Power Parity) with EUR 33,074 followed by Norway and Switzerland. On the other end of the scale was Macedonia with EUR 5,558 , Romania with EUR 5,581 and Serbia with EUR 5,910 .
