Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Norway ranked the highest in Mean Equivalised Net Income by Educational Attainment Level (18 years or over) - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Males (Purchasing Power Parity) with EUR 26,539 followed by Luxembourg and Switzerland. On the other end of the scale was Serbia with EUR 4,130 , Romania with EUR 4,145 and Macedonia with EUR 4,211 .
