Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Luxembourg ranked the highest in Mean Equivalised Net Income by Educational Attainment Level (18 years or over) - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Females (Purchasing Power Parity) with EUR 26,569 followed by Norway and Switzerland. On the other end of the scale was Romania with EUR 4,099 , Macedonia with EUR 4,321 and Serbia with EUR 4,400 .
