Average living space per new dwelling completed reached 75.7 sqm in 2004 in Lithuania, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 7.23% less than in the previous year.
Historically, average living space per new dwelling completed in Lithuania reached an all time high of 81.6 sqm in 2003 and an all time low of 38.4 sqm in 1990.
