Average living space per new dwelling completed reached 117 sqm in 2012 in Denmark, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 27.0% less than in the previous year.
Historically, average living space per new dwelling completed in Denmark reached an all time high of 166 sqm in 2010 and an all time low of 77.5 sqm in 1990.
