Based on a comparison of 174 countries in 2050, Japan ranked the highest in life expectancy for females with 91.4 years followed by Hong Kong and South Korea. On the other end of the scale was Sierra Leone with 55.8 years, Swaziland with 62.0 years and Dem. Republic of the Congo with 62.1 years.
