Based on a comparison of 174 countries in 2050, Hong Kong ranked the highest in life expectancy for both sexes with 88.6 years followed by Japan and South Korea. On the other end of the scale was Sierra Leone with 55.1 years, Dem. Republic of the Congo with 59.5 years and Swaziland with 61.1 years.
