Lentils production reached 445,000 tonnes in 2022 in Turkey, according to Faostat. This is 69.2% more than in the previous year.
Historically, lentils production in Turkey reached an all time high of 1,040,000 tonnes in 1988 and an all time low of 67,000 tonnes in 1973.
