Based on a comparison of 42 countries in 2022, Canada ranked the highest in lentils production with 2,300,598 tonnes followed by India and Australia. On the other end of the scale was Iraq with 9.00 tonnes, Israel with 25.0 tonnes and Bhutan with 51.9 tonnes.
