Based on a comparison of 174 countries in 2015, Iceland ranked the highest in internet users as a percentage of population with 98.2% followed by Luxembourg and Norway. On the other end of the scale was Eritrea with 1.08%, Somalia with 1.76% and Niger with 2.22%.
