Receipts of international tourism reached USD 1,792 mil in 2020 in Bulgaria, according to Eurostat. This is 62.9% less than in the previous year.
Historically, receipts of international tourism in Bulgaria reached an all time high of USD 5,061 mil in 2018 and an all time low of USD 517 mil in 1997.
Bulgaria has been ranked 43rd within the group of 117 countries we follow in terms of receipts of international tourism.
