Interest rate on bank loans reached 6.89% in third quarter of 2015 in Sri Lanka, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.55% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, interest rate on bank loans in Sri Lanka reached an all time high of 22.5% in 1Q2001 and an all time low of 6.43% in 4Q2014.
