Based on a comparison of 94 countries in 2022, Madagascar ranked the highest in interest rate on bank loans with 48.3% followed by Zimbabwe and Argentina. On the other end of the scale was Italy with 2.03%, Norway with 2.27% and Switzerland with 2.64%.
