Interest payments on government debt reached USD 0.708 bil in 2012 in Cyprus, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 35.7% more than in the previous year.
Historically, interest payments on government debt in Cyprus reached an all time high of USD 1.58 bil in 2007 and an all time low of USD 0.498 bil in 2010.
