Interest Payments on Government Debt (As % of Government Expense) in Ukraine

Interest payments on government debt as a share of government expense reached 7.68% in 2020 in Ukraine, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 15.8% less than in the previous year.

Historically, interest payments on government debt as a share of government expense in Ukraine reached an all time high of 12.2% in 2016 and an all time low of 1.25% in 2008.

Ukraine has been ranked 43rd within the group of 110 countries we follow in terms of interest payments on government debt as a share of government expense.
