Based on a comparison of 48 countries in 2016, USA ranked the highest in injured in road traffic accidents with 1,711,908 persons followed by Japan and India. On the other end of the scale was Liechtenstein with 443 persons, Luxembourg with 947 persons and Iceland with 968 persons.
