Based on a comparison of 31 countries in 2016, Estonia ranked the highest in Individuals using the Internet for interacting with Public Authorities when submitting completed forms in the last 12 months (As % of All Individuals who used internet within the last year) with 78.0% followed by Denmark and Finland. On the other end of the scale was Romania with 6.00%, Macedonia with 8.00% and Bulgaria with 10.0%.
