Based on a comparison of 31 countries in 2016, Denmark ranked the highest in Individuals using the Internet for interacting with Public Authorities when obtaining information from public authorities web sites in the last 12 months (As % of Total) with 85.0% followed by Norway and Finland. On the other end of the scale was Romania with 8.00%, Macedonia with 14.0% and Bulgaria with 15.0%.
