Based on a comparison of 31 countries in 2016, Denmark ranked the highest in Individuals using the Internet for interacting with Public Authorities when obtaining information from public authorities web sites in the last 12 months (As % of All Individuals who used internet within the last year) with 88.0% followed by Latvia and Finland. On the other end of the scale was Romania with 12.0%, Macedonia with 19.0% and Bulgaria with 24.0%.
