Based on a comparison of 31 countries in 2016, Denmark ranked the highest in Individuals using the Internet for interacting with Public Authorities in the last 12 months (As % of All Individuals who used internet within the last year) with 91.0% followed by Norway and Estonia. On the other end of the scale was Romania with 14.0%, Macedonia with 23.0% and Bulgaria with 30.0%.
