Based on a comparison of 20 countries in 2021, Belarus ranked the highest in income share held by lowest 20% with 10.3% followed by Armenia and Ukraine. On the other end of the scale was Colombia with 2.80%, Costa Rica with 4.00% and Ecuador with 4.10%.
