Based on a comparison of 139 countries in 2021, Albania ranked the highest in BCG immunisation as a percentage of one-year-old children with 98.0% followed by United Arab Emirates and Malaysia. On the other end of the scale was Sweden with 26.0%, Guinea Bissau with 67.0% and Somalia with 37.0%.
