Annual immigration reached 4,960 persons in 2012 in Iceland, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 21.8% more than in the previous year.
Historically, annual immigration in Iceland reached an all time high of 12,546 persons in 2007 and an all time low of 3,704 persons in 2003.
