Based on a comparison of 26 countries in 2Q2016, Estonia ranked the highest in house price index (quarterly index) with 162 Quarterly index followed by Sweden and Austria. On the other end of the scale was Spain with 77.7 Quarterly index, Italy with 84.9 Quarterly index and Cyprus with 85.6 Quarterly index.
