Horse meat production reached 6,700 tonnes in 2022 in Ukraine, according to Faostat. This is 6.94% less than in the previous year.
Historically, horse meat production in Ukraine reached an all time high of 17,000 tonnes in 2004 and an all time low of 5,000 tonnes in 1993.
