Based on a comparison of 116 countries in 2013, Philippines ranked the highest in high-tech exports as a percentage of total exports with 25.9% followed by Singapore and Malaysia. On the other end of the scale was Venezuela with < 0.001%, Kenya with < 0.001% and Panama with 0.001%.
