Based on a comparison of 17 countries in 2012, Sweden ranked the highest in heroin retail price on the street with USD 306 per gram followed by Ireland and Finland. On the other end of the scale was Greece with USD 18.0 per gram, Belgium with USD 35.8 per gram and France with USD 45.1 per gram.
