Based on a comparison of 16 countries in 2012, Iceland ranked the highest in Health Care Expenditure per Capita - Out-patient care centres (Local Currency) with 37,988 National currency per inhabitant followed by Czechia and Finland. On the other end of the scale was Romania with 7.52 National currency per inhabitant, Estonia with 21.4 National currency per inhabitant and Germany with 22.5 National currency per inhabitant.
