Based on a comparison of 26 countries in 2015, Portugal ranked the highest in Health Care Expenditure - Outpatient curative care (As % of Current Health Expenditure) with 37.9% followed by Spain and Liechtenstein. On the other end of the scale was Romania with 10.2%, Bulgaria with 13.4% and Belgium with 16.8%.
